Anna Silk
Anna Silk was born in January 1974. Her most well-known role is Bo who is from the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk was born in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter an academic as well as Ilkay Silk who is a renowned performer, actress, and playwright as well as Director of Drama of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna has some of her earliest memories of watching television and going to rehearsals for plays. Silk was a prominent character in numerous commercials as a young child. Silk was a graduate of St. Thomas University with an Associate of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas staged at least 2 early plays: Seven Menus & The Kitchen. Silk moved to Toronto Canada in the month of November of 1999, to keep acting. After that, she relocated into Los Angeles California during the subsequent decade. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 when they met during an Actorsworkshop held at the Actors' Workshop in Los Angeles. Following their engagement in 2008, the couple got married in 2009. The couple renewed their vows on April 10, 2011, in Fredericton, after the woman converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman gave birth to her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron, Silk's second child was born in the month of May of 2016. Silk has a number of roles on television, among them Cassidy Holland from Being Erica. She was nominated for an award called the Gemini in 2009 for this role. In 2009, she was cast in the main character role of Bo Dennis a succubus in the Canadian TV show Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while filming the finale of the third series. She announced the pregnancy to the viewers in her Showcase Season Three pre-show special of January 6, 2013. Silk tweeted on June 20, 2013 to announce that she's ready to go back to her work. The 4th of June 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures officially revealed the launch of production for the fourth season. CNN has named Bo's character along with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most watched TV couples ever. E! voted it as the most popular TV couple of the year 2013.
